Service Contracts/Service Level Agreements - Do you need an IT professional sometimes but can’t afford a full time staff member? We have service contracts that will give you an IT Professional for the amount of time you need and not have to hire anyone full time. Get a determined number of hours free a month, monthly updates/upgrades, virus protection/removal, and backups. An excellent service for small businesses that don’t want to worry about computers.

Service Contracts/Service Level Agreements are a great way to get reduced rates on service and support. You will receive priority service over all non-service contract customers and will not pay the after-hours labor rates.

Monthly Maintenance Contracts including Backup - The monthly maintenance contract is a great low cost option to keep your computers and network running with the latest updates along with a monthly backup of all of your computers software and data. This contract will provide you with a technician once a month to run spyware searches, Anti-virus searches, Install the latest updates to your software along with drivers and copies of all of your computer's hard drive contents. We use Norton Ghost 9.0 to copy your hard drive's contents onto a removable media device and store it off site for your protection. If something would happen to your computers or place of business you would have your latest backup of all your computers data that can be restored in an hour. The Monthly Maintenance Contracts can add monthly and block hours to allow for discounted service rates.

Monthly Service Contract - The monthly service contract provides you with a set amount of hours of on-site support and service every month. We will work with you to understand how many hours a month of support and service your business will need. The number of hours and be changed depending on your needs with 30 days notice. This is a great option for businesses that need IT support at a low cost.

IT Retainer Contract - A retainer contract is great for businesses that may not necessarily need IT support and service on a monthly basis but still need some kind of support and service. Businesses can buy a set number of on-site support and service hours and use them as needed. Let's say you buy 20 hours of service, every time you schedule time with us, we will just deduct the amount of time spent at your business. We will give you an invoice that will state the amount of time charged, the work we performed and how many hours you have left. If you are running low on hours, it's easy to just add some more hours to your contract. If you do not use all of your hours during the year, we will rollover the amount of unused hours if you sign up for the next year. That way you will not lose your pre-purchased service hours.

STANDARD FIXED RATE CONTRACTS - We also offer standard per piece service contracts from as little as 1000 Php per month. These contracts can be tailored to fit the needs of any business, from a mom and pop grocery with one cash register to the largest car dealership in town.

Situations NOT covered under Maintenance Contract:

User Problems (Misuse of hardware, incorrect settings, carelessness e.t.c.)

External computer peripherals (E.g. scanners, printers, digital cameras, zip dive, speakers, game controllers, e.t.c.)

Upgrading of hardware. Parts are not included.

Change and installation of consumables like ink cartridges

Acts of GOD / natural disasters (lightning strikes, power surges, flood, earthquake, terrorist attacks, war)

Others (factors not related to manufacturing hardware defects)
