Who We Are?

We are highly experienced in the restaurant and service industry, well traveled and committed to excellence. We are dedicated to preserve high standards of professionalism and have acquired our knowledge both from HRM college but also from 16 years experience both in well known hotels in the Philippines but mostly on luxury cruise liners dealing with an international clientele.

The trainer, has obtained his bachelor degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management in Manila in 1989. then went straight to work in a few of Manila’s finest hotels, then after a few years, to start his career specializing in international cruise liners where he worked his way up to the position of Head Waiter. 

This teaching experience dates back from the time when he had to conduct seminars to the new comers on board and combined with his 16 years of hands-on experience, it allows him to see all aspects of the hospitality industry. He has already performed training on the island and is now managing his newly opened Alumbung Tropical homes.

What Do We Do?

We help our clients build key relationships with their customers and employees through education and training that support and challenge their existing knowledge. Our program is based on building skills and establishing standards.

How Do We Do It?

We offer a program that satisfies the growing demand for hospitality training expertise that addresses the strategic skill sets that are increasingly necessary to attract and retain both customers and employees.

Service training outline:

Day 1: Visit the facilities, meet with management to discuss what can be improved and implemented

Day 2: Seminar conducted with service personnel (depending on the size of the group 2 or more days might be needed)

Day 3:  Role playing

Follow up and coaching is being done after two weeks to see if standards are being followed and to give additional advise.

Pricing:               Package of 3 days including follow up
